The 2.400kWh 12.8V LiFePO₄ Storagedock battery features a contemporary metal enclosure and weighs 23.8kg. At its core, prime-life lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄) battery cells are known for exceptional performance and longevity. Enduring 4,000 cycles at 80% Depth of Discharge (DOD), it provides a reliable energy storage solution. The 2.400kWh 12.8V LiFePO₄ Storagedock battery includes a proprietary intelligent BMS, actively monitoring and managing the battery’s health to safeguard against overcharging and over-discharging.

Orders, Pricing and Collection:
  1. Currently, only one of each product can be added to your shopping cart. 
  2. All prices displayed are exclusive of shipping costs and are based on ex-factory rates Unit 19 Sandpiper Crescent, Cape Town, 7560, South Africa
  3. The listed prices are subject to potential fluctuations and remain valid for a 24-hour duration.
  4. Once your EFT payment is reflected in our account, customers are welcome to arrange collection at the Specialized Solar Systems factory located in George.
  5. Sundock Energy can arrange courier pricing upon request. Please include the delivery address with your order.
Payment Process
  1. After completing your order, an email will be sent to you containing your unique order number along with the details of your order. You will also receive our banking information.
  2. To facilitate payment, we only accept Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT).
  3. When making your EFT payment, always ensure a reference to your order number business, or surname. This helps ensure the accurate and efficient processing of your payment. Please email PoP to sundock@specializedsolarsystems.co.za
  4. Once your EFT payment is reflected in our account, you will receive a tax invoice via email. This invoice will serve as confirmation of your payment and order details.
  5. Please ensure that your EFT payment is successfully processed and cleared in our bank account before requesting an update to coordinate the collection or status of your order.
