EnergyDock manufactures and supports the premium towerDOCK 5.4, a high-performance 51.2V Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) battery, right here in South Africa. Consequently, this unit provides a reliable and efficient energy storage solution for both residential and commercial solar installations.

  4. Once your EFT payment is reflected in our account, customers are welcome to arrange collection at the Specialized Solar Systems factory located in George.
  5. Sundock Energy can arrange courier pricing upon request. Please include the delivery address with your order.
Payment Process
  1. After completing your order, an email will be sent to you containing your unique order number along with the details of your order. You will also receive our banking information.
  2. To facilitate payment, we only accept Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT).
  3. When making your EFT payment, always ensure a reference to your order number business, or surname. This helps ensure the accurate and efficient processing of your payment. Please email PoP to sundock@specializedsolarsystems.co.za
  4. Once your EFT payment is reflected in our account, you will receive a tax invoice via email. This invoice will serve as confirmation of your payment and order details.
  5. Please ensure that your EFT payment is successfully processed and cleared in our bank account before requesting an update to coordinate the collection or status of your order.
